Summary: The Augusta, GA Operations Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all technical and operational activities for the department as well as management of all staff members for the department. Responsibilities/Duties:

• Guides employees in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Has management control over equipment and personnel.
• Works directly with customers.
• Manages all services and supplies with the highest quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of related experience in NDT
• Nuclear and or Casting experience preferred.
• Prior Management experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
