Our client, a dynamic logistics and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Shipping Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and inventory management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Lead

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 7am - 4pm, with overtime as needed

What's the Job?

  • Operate Sit Down forklift and manage inbound material using RF gun and company WMS
  • Ensure proper inspection, unloading, and accurate inventory entry of inbound materials
  • Weigh, pack, and store boxes with materials in the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and injury-free work environment
  • Coordinate work duties and oversee the development of warehouse employees

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a lead role
  • Ability to work overtime and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience with inventory management, supervision, and safety protocols
