Established 36-year-old freight brokerage based in Anaheim, CA, is seeking an experienced Freight Dispatcher / Logistics Operations professional.

We are looking for someone with experience in freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics who can manage daily freight operations, carrier communication, tracking, scheduling, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:
Dispatching and coordinating freight shipments
Communicating with carriers, drivers, and customers
Tracking and tracing shipments
Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments
Resolving transportation and service issues
Managing daily logistics operations efficiently

Qualifications:
Freight/logistics experience preferred
High school diploma required
2-year college degree preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with dispatch, freight brokerage, or transportation operations
Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
Experience with TMS systems/load boards is a plus
Candidates located in Orange County preferred
