Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a reputable client partner seeking an experienced Agricultural Warehouse Lead to join their team in Tangent, OR. This is a direct hire leadership opportunity offering excellent benefits, PTO, retirement options, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, repacking, processing coordination, and shipping of seed and steck materials
Ensure seed and steck quality is maintained throughout storage and warehouse processes
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, storage areas, and inventory accuracy
Lead, organize, and supervise contract labor teams throughout the processing season
Support staffing plans and assign daily workloads
Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities in a hands-on leadership role
Utilize SAP and other company software systems to maintain records, reports, and warehouse projections
Order and maintain warehouse consumable materials
Support additional operational needs including seed production field maintenance and steck nursery planting
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
Operate forklifts and travel/drive as needed for business purposes
Maintain dependable attendance and assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:
Several years of warehouse supervision experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills required
Forklift certification required
Agricultural experience preferred
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills preferred
Experience with inventory systems, warehouse processes, and SAP software preferred
