We are hiring for General Warehouse Worker & Forklift Operator

We are seeking a General Warehouse Worker and Forklift Operator as well to join our team. The General Warehouse Worker will be responsible for various duties including shipping and receiving, materials handling, heavy lifting, picking and packing, stock management, and quality control. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, and Hi-Lo lifts, to efficiently handle materials and manage warehouse distribution tasks.

Duties:
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage
- Lift and move heavy objects using appropriate equipment or techniques
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and restocking shelves
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications

General Worker Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Prior experience with order picker machines and clamp trucks is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.
