Warehouse Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Rate: $20

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures
• Guide team in understanding housekeeping and safety requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies
• Oversee equipment usage and ensure adherence to safety procedures and programs

What's Needed?

• At least 4 years of warehouse experience
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
