Shipping/Receiving Associate - 1st Shift Pro Resources has partnered with a local outdoor fireplace manufacturer, and we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate to support daily shipping and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for organizing, pulling, packaging, and preparing items for shipment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Hours: 8 : 0 0 am – 4 : 30 pm M-F *Hours can vary based on needs* Pay: $18 to start, but may increase with performance Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, organize, and prepare items for outgoing shipments
• Package materials using shrink wrap and banding equipment
• Weigh shipments using industrial scales and verify shipping details
• Ensure shipments are properly labeled and secured
• Maintain an organized and clean shipping area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification required
• Prior shipping or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate shrink wrap and banding equipment
• Comfortable using scales and handling shipping documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
• Standing and walking for extended periods
