Job Summary : Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is recruiting for a Forklift Driver for a busy warehouse in Lynden. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift in a warehouse, cold storage, seafood, or food production environment. Experience with electric rider pallet jacks is highly valued, and candidates must be willing to learn this equipment if not already experienced. This position requires someone dependable, safety-minded, comfortable working around seafood and shellfish products, and capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Pay: Earn $21.50-$25.00 per hour DOE!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm with overtime and weekend work as needed!

Location: Lynden, WA

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently

-Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials throughout the warehouse

-Utilize an electric rider pallet jack to transport materials and products as needed

-Perform material handling duties within cold storage and food production environments

-Accurately move inventory while maintaining product quality and safety standards

-Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization

-Follow company safety procedures and food handling regulations

-Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

-Maintain cleanliness and organization within work areas
