IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR FORKLIFT OPERATORS IN FLORENCE AND INDEPENDENCE KY - $23-$25.50!!! The Forklift Operator safely and efficiently loads, unloads, and moves freight within a clean, modern distribution environment. This role handles inbound and outbound shipments, ensures accurate labeling and documentation, and supports a safe and organized dock area while operating material handling equipment. Responsibilities Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers using a forklift and other material handling equipment. Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort freight according to size, destination, and handling requirements. Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on the appropriate reports to support quality and claims processes. Perform regular cleanup activities in the work area to maintain a safe, organized, and clean dock environment. Essential Skills Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Independence, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
