Now hiring Material Handler Location: Lancaster, SC Pay Rate: $19.52 per hour Schedule: 12-hour shift | Monday - Friday Employment Type: Temp for 1 month You Bring the Grit. Perks That Deliver Solid Weekly pay that shows up on time no games Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance coverage Optional 401(k) to help you plan ahead A team that's got your back and a path to move up What You'll Need to Get the Job Done Minimum 5 years of heavy industrial experience required Previous steel manufacturing or steel production experience strongly preferred Sit-down forklift experience required Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in an industrial environment Strong attention to quality inspection and workplace safety Dependable work history and ability to work independently or on a team Inspect finished steel products for quality and accuracy Secure lids on product containers and prepare materials for shipment Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets and dump bins safely Shrink-wrap or steel-band palletized products for transportation Transfer finished products from the production line to staging or loading areas Load and secure materials onto railcars, boxcars, or truck trailers Maintain efficient material handling and shipping operations Follow all workplace safety and production procedures Material Handler Approved: Friendly Team.
