Experience using WMS or inventory management systems is a plus. Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Employee discounts that keep more money in your wallet What You'll Be Doing: Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to audit delivery routes and shipment details Identify, investigate, and resolve shipping or routing discrepancies Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads accurately and on time Coordinate inbound and outbound driver activity with warehouse dock teams Receive and dispatch drivers in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and organized Support general clerical, office, and warehouse operations as needed Staffmark was very helpful.
