About the role:
As an Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end inventory planning and purchasing of 3rd party finished goods. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting high service performance across the supply chain.
You will work in a data-driven environment where continuous improvement, Lean thinking, and collaboration are key to success.
What you will do:
- Manage purchase requisitions and support 3rd party supplier performance
- Monitor and reconcile purchase orders and order book accuracy
- Identify and analyze supply vs. demand gaps at product level
- Manage inventory levels across warehouses using MIN/MAX/OPT principles
- Support inventory optimization and service level improvements (OTD / delivery performance)
- Identify and manage stock shortages and overstock situations
- Contribute to planning parameter settings (e.g. Kanban, pull planning methods)
- Prepare reports, analysis, and actionable insights
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and ERP processes
- Participate in projects aimed at improving supplier and process performance

Must-have:
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good Excel skills and willingness to develop further (formulas, data handling)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proactive, structured, and problem-solving attitude
- Interest in Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics
Advantage (not required):
- Studies or experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar fields
- First experience in Purchasing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Logistics
- Familiarity with ERP systems or planning tools
- Exposure to Lean / Continuous Improvement environments
