What You'll Do:

Maintain precise inventory records through thorough documentation, process, and procedure verification.

• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, analyzing and resolving discrepancies to uphold inventory integrity.
• Audit incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to guarantee quality and accuracy.
• Compile and document all inventory transactions for seamless data entry.
• Collaborate with teams across departments, suppliers, and customers, ensuring clear communication.
• Support inventory analysis from raw data, leveraging your analytical skills to optimize processes.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, to manage and analyze inventory data.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements and embrace new workflows with enthusiasm.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in inventory, finance, material accounting, or cycle counting.
• Proven ability to analyze inventory data and transactions.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with warehouse management software beyond the basics.
• Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes.
• Additional certifications related to inventory or warehouse operations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
