We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manufacturing Business Manager / Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong sales background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing demanding schedules, overseeing budgets, and building strong client relationships. Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base pay plus bonus structure. Expected annual earnings may range from approximately $80,000 to $150,000 annually depending on experience, performance, and overall sales production.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This position requires heavy use of the telephone for prospecting purposes. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with telephone prospecting and understands that a large portion of their job will be making calls to prospective clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry outreach
Manage demanding schedules, appointments, and project timelines effectively
Oversee budgets, proposals, contracts, and sales-related documentation
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and business proposals
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with prospective clients
Achieve and exceed established sales goals and performance expectations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional relationships and company presence
Contribute to the overall success of the company by upholding its core values of service, relationships, and character
