Logistics Dispatcher

CF Xpress Logistics, LLC is currently seeking an experienced and professional Logistics Dispatcher to join our growing transportation team.

Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience required.
No training available.

Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate drivers for inbound and outbound freight.
Communicate effectively with brokers, customers, and drivers.
Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable loads.
Track drivers and shipments using load boards and tracking systems.
Maintain constant communication regarding pickup/delivery status.
Assist drivers with operational support and problem solving.
Help ensure DOT compliance and company procedures are followed.
Coordinate with factoring companies and assist with paperwork processing.
Work closely with management to maximize truck productivity and profitability.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of trucking dispatch experience.
Bilingual: English & Spanish required.
Availability to work flexible schedules and after-hours when necessary.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Must have character, patience, and professionalism when dealing with drivers and customers.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Strong computer skills required.

DAT Load Board
Truckstop
Excel
Microsoft Word
PowerPoint
Factoring processes
Email and transportation software systems
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented mindset.
Experience in refrigerated freight is a plus.
