WhatYou’llDo

  • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
  • Lead sourcing efforts, including RFPs/RFQs and vendor selection
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and service improvements
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance, quality and reliability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper delivery, inventory levels and asset utilization
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Oversee the accuracy of purchasing activity, inventory and supplier performance
  • Resolve vendor issues, defective goods and service concerns
  • Drive cost savings initiatives and improve vendor pricing agreements
  • Enhance procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays

WhatWe’reLooking For

  • Minimum 4 years of purchasing, procurement or inventory experience
  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or related field
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills
  • Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives
  • Fleet or asset management software experience (preferred)

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday
Typical hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (additional hours as needed)
Occasional travel to company locations required
