Hours:M-F 8am-5PM

Job Description:
The Shipping & Receiving Specialists core responsibility is to execute daily outbound and inbound parcel shipments
Secondary responsibilities are to support inbound and outbound LTL and FTL dock traffic when requested/needed.
Forklift and WH power equipment use will be required (will be trained)

Primary Responsibilities:
Execute daily outbound parcel shipments from UPS & Fed for our 5 customer accounts.
Execute receiving of parcel deliveries ensuring they are logged/communicated and promptly taken to their assigned staging area
Assemble kits from corrugated/foam components as trained/directed
Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities:
Execute and lead WH projects as assigned
Load & Unload trucks as assigned (forklift)

Skills Required:
Keyboarding and PC literate
Attached to Detail, follow instructions and retain/learn processes
Speak, Read and Write English
Ability to flex into varied taks throughout the day
Ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly
Ability to work on feet all day

Preferred:
Bi-lingual English/Spanish Verbal
Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
Experience with UPS /Fed Ex shipping stations (computerized)
