House of Rental is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for our busy event and party rental company.

This is a hands-on leadership position focused on keeping the warehouse organized, efficient, and running smoothly day-to-day. The ideal candidate is someone who likes being on the warehouse floor, managing crews, solving problems, and keeping operations moving.

This is NOT a customer-facing sales role. The ideal person will remain primarily in the warehouse/shop environment supervising staff, workflow, inventory movement, and equipment processing.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations and workflow
Coordinate warehouse and delivery crew assignments
Supervise loading and unloading of trucks
Ensure equipment is properly staged and prepared for deliveries
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety
Monitor inventory movement throughout the warehouse
Supervise the proper placement of returned equipment from deliveries and in-store returns for inspection and processing
Ensure returned equipment is routed correctly for cleaning, repair, inspection, or restocking
Keep warehouse operations running efficiently throughout the day
Support a hardworking, team-oriented environment

This is an active warehouse leadership role where you will spend the majority of your time on the warehouse floor managing operations and supervising crews.

Early mornings, long days, weekend work, and overtime are part of the operation.

Qualifications
Previous warehouse or operations supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs when needed
Forklift experience is a plus
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and leadership mentality
