What will you be doing?

• Key Responsibilities

• Case Picking

  • Accurately pick orders by case using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems
  • Ensure correct product selection, quantities, and proper labeling
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards

• Material Handling

  • Safely move, stack, stage, and organize products within the warehouse
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
  • Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
  • Maintain clean and organized dock and warehouse areas

• Forklift Operation

  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and efficiently
  • Transport materials to and from storage, staging, and shipping areas
  • Perform daily equipment safety checks and report issues

• Shipping & Receiving

  • Assist with verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Prepare outbound orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Load trucks in a safe and secure manner

• Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures and policies
  • Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Participate in safety training and maintain a safe work environment

• General Warehouse Support

  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
  • Support team members to meet daily operational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned
