CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate

Location: Billings, MT

Pay Range: $23/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity goals are met
• Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and maintenance
• Guide team in understanding and maintaining housekeeping standards
• Oversee the availability and proper use of tools, materials, and supplies
• Handle inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and performing merchandise reconciliation

What's Needed?

• At least 4 years of warehouse experience
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
