Warehouse Lead / Supervisor

Schedule: Mon Fri, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM | Pay: $22 $26/hr

We re hiring a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. You ll ensure efficient inventory management, on-time shipments, and a safe, organized warehouse.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in warehouse supervision or leadership
• Stand-up & sit-down forklift experience
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, and shipping/receiving
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
• Enforce safety protocols and train staff
• Identify and implement process improvements
