What You Will Do?
Partner with internal teams to maintain inventory integrity and support order fulfillment goals
Oversee inbound, outbound, and storage processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while meeting or exceeding operational KPIs
Monitorpliance with service agreements, daily warehouse processes, and reporting standards
Train and support new and existing team members in warehouse procedures
Your Skills
Strong customer-focused mindset when addressing operational challenges
Proven leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and accountability
Ability to make decisions in fast-changing environments
Understanding of quality and production standards, including ISO and Six Sigma concepts
Strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving abilities
