Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will lead and oversee day-to-day operations for the Controls/Building Automation Systems division. This role is responsible for ensuring successful execution of HVAC controls projects, service delivery, and team performance across engineering, project management, and field teams. The individual will drive operational efficiency, manage resources across multiple projects, and support the delivery of integrated HVAC, controls, and service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Controls/Building Automation Systems division.
• Ensure successful execution of HVAC controls projects and service delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency and manage resources across multiple projects.
• Support the delivery of integrated HVAC, controls, and service solutions.
• Oversee team performance across engineering, project management, and field teams.

• 5 years of experience as an operations manager.
• 10+ years of experience in controls, project management, and engineering.
• Proficiency in operations management, project management, controls engineering.
• Experience in customer service, supervision, and building automation systems.

• Experience with Siemens and building maintenance.
• Sales management and program management skills.

You will spend the majority of your time working in an office environment at your desk, but there will be occasional travel to job sites as needed to support project delivery. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $85.00/hr.
