Our Production Scheduling Team in Littleton, CO is seeking a Level 3 Production Scheduler to join our mission. In this role, you'll own the production schedules for various programs in the Denver Electronics Center. This includes developing a plan with cross functional stakeholders and driving the team to hit cost and schedule. This role also includes assisting the shop in long range capacity and demand strategic conversations. You'll have the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and team-centric environment.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you will...
Build and maintain all production schedules
Collaborate cross-functionally to align production plans with shop internal and external stakeholders
Update schedule information in our ERP system (SAP)
Evaluate risks to determine impacts to business operations (material constraints, bottlenecks, engineering changes, quality concerns, etc)
Identify schedule improvement opportunities, with a focus on on-time delivery
Generate reports and metrics to provide performance status to leadership
Consult leadership on strategy with shop capacity and future demand 2-3 years of previous planning or scheduling experience within a production, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment
Due to the programs we support, U.S. Citizenship is required Bachelors degree in Supply chain, Operations or related discipline
Prefer 3+ years of previous planning or scheduling experience within a production, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Powerpoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project)
Logistics/Material Planning experience
Familiarity with SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
Experience using data to develop metrics
Project management experience
Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, & interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
