Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the healthcare logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Ashland, VA

Pay Range: $55000 - $60000

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Lead and support the daily workflow of a small warehouse team, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily operational priorities to support inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer service needs.
• Provide clear direction, reinforce operational expectations, and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Support onboarding, training, and cross-training efforts to strengthen operational flexibility and team performance.
• Support performance coaching and operational accountability efforts in partnership with leadership.

What's Needed?

• Experience operating warehouse lift equipment, including forklifts or order pickers, is preferred but not required. Willingness to complete equipment training is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and navigate operational and customer service systems.
