Warehouse Person (QG)

The Gear Centre Group, a leading provider of powertrain parts and service for the automotive, heavy truck and off highway equipment industries, is currently seeking a Warehouse Person for our West Edmonton location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all shipping and receiving of products
• Recording and properly storing product received into inventory
• Occasional deliveries using a company half-ton truck may be required

Experience:

• 1-3 years of previous warehouse experience is required
• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn other software programs as required

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy of all orders
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills

• Ability to safely operate forklift and pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability, self-initiative and the ability to multitask
• Exceptional customer service skills

Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driver’s abstract
• Valid forklift certification is considered an asset
