Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the plant's logistics and material handling functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Greenville, NC

Pay Range: $11.00

Shift: 12-hour rotating shift

What's the Job?

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stage, and transport finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Handle finished goods carefully to prevent product damage and maintain product quality.
  • Load pallets of finished goods onto shuttle trailers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform inventory transactions as needed using an RF scanner and other plant systems.
  • Verify product movement, pallet counts, and storage locations to support inventory accuracy.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification, if required by the plant.
  • Basic computer and RF scanner skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and GMP requirements.
