- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations experience.
- Experience in chemical, industrial manufacturing, recycling, bulk materials, or process manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow planning.
- Experience managing bulk truck transportation
- Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse/inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing operational performance metrics.
