Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments of products, and report any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies Price items with appropriate mark-ups and labeling for inventory control Maintain the recycling program including collection and organization of cardboard Aid in the maintenance of merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system Assist in physical inventories and inform supervisor of any low or over abundance in stock Receive merchandise, using a data entry system Assist with inventory and shipments More about you No high school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping Computer knowledge and good communication skills Basic math skills and the ability to handle counts accurately Physical requirements Ability to stand, sit, type, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach above head for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift and carry 10-50 pound boxes/other objects, pull or push heavy carts of stock and move 100 lb.-1200 lb. pallets w/ electric and manual pallet jacks continuously Ability to climb up and down 3'-12' ladders w/ items and boxes Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, noises, and a dusty warehouse environment Use a variety of warehouse tools, resources and equipment Wear steel or composite safety toe shoes daily Shift details Days Holidays Weekends Source: Casino Careers
