This role is ideal for individuals who value accuracy, confidentiality, and dependable service in a healthcare setting. Requirements -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -Smartphone for communication, navigation, and delivery tracking -High level of dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail -Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed. -No felony convictions -Ability to pass a background check -Must successfully complete an oral swab drug test Key Responsibilities -Pick up and deliver prescription medications, pharmacy supplies, and related documents in a timely manner. -Follow all pharmacy handling procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements (HIPAA compliance) -Verify delivery information to ensure accuracy and maintain proper chain of custody -Maintain delivery logs and provide real-time delivery updates -Safely operate a vehicle and perform basic vehicle inspections -Communicate professionally with pharmacy staff, healthcare providers, and patients when applicable -Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and delivery protocols Schedule: -Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM -Up to 35 hours per week (1099 independent contractor) at a pay rate of $17 per hour -Workload varies based on delivery volume; drivers may handle up to 50-100 packages per day. -No weekends required unless otherwise needed.
