This role oversees end-to-end supply chain planning and execution to ensure alignment between customer demand, operational capacity, inventory optimization, and financial objectives.The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial, product, manufacturing, distribution,transportation, and finance teams to successfully execute complex initiatives while ensuring business continuity during periods of change. This role also supports confidential workforce ramp-up and ramp-down planning activities and requires a high level of professionalism and discretion.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all phases of the SIOP/S&OE process for the business line, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and demand/supply balancing activitiesLead the end-to-end orchestration of supply chain automation initiatives, from ideation and business case development through pilot, scaling, and full deployment, ensuring measurable ROI and operational impactDevelop and execute a multi-year digital supply chain roadmap, aligning automation, analytics, and system capabilities with enterprise transformation goals and operational prioritiesDrive the design and implementation of smart warehousing solutions, including warehouse automation technologies (e.g., robotics, AS/RS, vision systems, and autonomous material handling) to improve throughput, accuracy, and labor productivityPartner with IT, engineering, and operations teams to evaluate, select, and deploy emerging supply chain technologies, ensuring seamless integration with ERP (SAP) and planning systemsLead cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into digital and automation solutions, ensuring alignment between process design, technology capabilities, and user adoptionBuild and maintain digital maturity models and capability roadmaps for supply chain functions, identifying gaps and sequencing initiatives to advance toward a smart, connected supply chainOversee the integration of Industry 4.0 principles across warehousing and distribution networks, including IoT-enabled tracking, real-time monitoring, and predictive insightsEnsure robust change management and training strategies are in place to support adoption of automation and digital tools across operations and supply chain teamsLead cross-functional demand consensus, supply balancing, and reconciliation meetings to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation plansEvaluate financial impacts, risks, opportunities, and trade-off decisions related to balancing demand and supply requirementsLead efforts across supply planning, purchasing, and external suppliers to implement effective replenishment methodologies and improve supply chain agilityPartner with commercial and operational teams to support customer agreements and strategic initiatives while balancing service and supply chain efficienciesManage program timelines, risks, metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communication for strategic supply chain initiativesJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing, manufacturing, project management, or related functionsMinimum 5 years of leadership experience managing direct and/or cross-functional teamsStrong experience with SIOP/S&OE, supply planning, inventory management, and operational executionDemonstrated experience leading large-scale operational or supply chain transformation initiativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferredExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments and manage through ambiguityPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting site consolidations, transfers, closures, or network optimization initiativesLean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferredASCM/CPIM certification preferredConsumer Goods, Electronics, Automotive Aftermarket, or industrial manufacturing experience preferredTravel50% - 60% travel as needed to support operational and strategic execution initiatives #LI-AA3
