Dispatcher

Our transportation office in San Antonio, TX is looking for a F/T Dispatcher, Broker, to join our team. Our ideal office candidate is a professional, organized, positive attitude, do whatever it takes person. Will be mainly focusing on phone calls to potential clients. Must have knowledge in the trucking industry. Must have previous experience in dispatching, software and load boards.

MON-FRI, weekends off! BILINGUAL IS A MUST (spanish)

Requirements:

*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
*Meeting and greeting clients via phone
*Multiple phone calls to potential customers
*Arranging appointments with customers
*Taking emails and correct phone numbers from clients
*Make appointments with Logistics Managers for our Brokerage Agent
*Must be Personable but persistent
*Training to our specific scripts and procedures to be provided
*MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO LEARN OUR SYSTEM AND UNDERSTAND HOW WE OPERATE
*MUST BE BILINGUAL!!!

Duties would include answering phone calls, filing, scheduling, confirming, doing follow up calls, dispatching. More details will be given in the interview.
