You'll work directly alongside the co-founder to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Lots of independence but must be results-driven. This is a full-time (1099 contractor) role based in San Diego, Monday through Friday. We're seeking someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized systems and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily pick/pack/ship operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Manage returns processing, including inspection, sorting, and restocking Maintain a well-organized, efficient warehouse layout and inventory system Coordinate workflow between the co-founder and warehouse associate Track inventory levels and low-stock or slow-moving items Communicate clearly and consistently with the operations team Identify and implement process improvements for speed and accuracy Requirements: Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse management, or operations leadership Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 40-60 lbs Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and meet daily deadlines Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, ~8:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hours/week) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: On-site in San Diego Pay: $15-$20/hr Principals only.
