Transportation Associate (Truck Mover)

We are seeking a highly motivated Transportation Associate (Truck Mover) to join our team at AMCON Distributing Company. This position offers a 4-day work week Tuesday through Friday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Safely operate tractor-trailers, including backing up to docks.
• Unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Follow established procedures for product returns and maintain accurate records of returns or rejected items.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record with no history of major violations or accidents.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and defensive driving techniques.
• Physical fitness to handle repetitive lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading of products.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
