Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a leading gaming industry parts distributor and service center in Henderson, NV. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse supporting distribution, inventory, and service operations.

This is a player-coach positionyou will oversee operations while actively participating in shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory handling

Assign workloads and monitor team productivity to meet daily fulfillment and service deadlines

Lead by example as a hands-on supervisor, supporting warehouse staff on the floor

Serve as keyholder, responsible for opening/closing the facility and managing alarm systems

Ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory processes, and safety standards

Act as the main point of contact with corporate/headquarters

Coordinate and report facility maintenance or operational issues

Manage inventory accuracy and product flow in a distribution environment

Oversee basic office/operational supply replenishment and administrative coordination

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience (supervisory or lead preferred)

Strong background in shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control

Experience in parts distribution, service centers, or high-volume product environments (gaming, electronics, or similar industries is a plus)

Proven ability to supervise teams and manage workflow in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Hands-on leadership style comfortable working alongside your team

Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability

Preferred: Established in the Las Vegas area (5+ years of local residency preferred)

Preferred: Experience working with inventory systems, SKU tracking, or parts distribution

Preferred: Previous keyholder or facility oversight experience

Preferred: Background supporting technical products, components, or service parts

Pay

$24.00-$28.00 / hour DOE

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
