The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative and able to turn data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Collect, validate and analyze data related to inventory, procurement, transportation and supplier performance. Track supplier and carrier performance against service expectations and escalate issues with supporting analysis. Assist with continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, service improvement and risk mitigation. Monitor supply chain KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, fill rate, lead time and stockout trends. Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for operations, procurement and leadership teams. Support demand planning, replenishment and inventory optimization activities using historical data and business inputs. Investigate supply chain issues, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Help maintain accurate master data in ERP and planning systems , including lead times, item attributes and reorder settings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or an analytical role. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus. Ability to organize data, identify trends and communicate findings clearly. Preferred Skills Familiarity with inventory planning, forecasting and supply chain KPI reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools. Understanding of purchasing, transportation, warehousing and supplier management processes. Continuous improvement mindset with interest in process optimization and automation.
