We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a dynamic medical device contract manufacturing site. This role is responsible for overseeing purchasing, planning, inventory management, customer service, and supplier performance while leading a small team and partnering cross-functionally to support operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead all site supply chain activities, including procurement, planning/scheduling, inventory control, customer service, and materials management

Manage and develop a team of direct reports while providing leadership across broader cross-functional supply chain activities

Drive supplier performance related to delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost

Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain priorities with customer and business needs

Lead inventory optimization efforts, including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, excess and obsolete reduction, and working capital management

Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning activities

Develop and improve supply chain processes, metrics, and reporting to drive operational performance and scalability

Identify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply

Support new product introductions, customer launches, and ongoing operational growth initiatives

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred

7+ years of progressive supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment

Prior leadership experience managing supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials teams

Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations with a strong understanding of production planning and inventory management

Experience in medical device, contract manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred

Strong ERP/MRP systems experience and data-driven decision-making capability

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across functions and organizational levels

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus
