Logistic Supervisor

Now Hiring: Traffic & Logistics Supervisor We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic & Logistics Supervisor to support and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations. This role will assist in coordinating shipments, supervising traffic processes, supporting team operations, and ensuring compliance with logistics procedures and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, assignment, and follow-up of daily Traffic team activities Monitor logistics processes including freight bookings, claims management, customs entries, cargo releases, billing, and reconciliations Coordinate domestic and international shipments and shipping documentation Serve as a point of contact for operational issues and carrier follow-ups Support onboarding, cross-training, and team development initiatives Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, KPI compliance, and operational reporting Act as backup support for the Traffic Manager when needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import operations Experience with logistics systems such as SURI, Steam Ship, ATR, or similar platforms Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Fully bilingual in English and Spanish Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
