We're looking for a growth-focused marketer to help generate qualified inbound leads and build a predictable sales pipeline for our advertising company.
This role combines:
- Lead generation
- Paid media
- Content strategy
- Funnel optimization
- Campaign performance
- Podcast/thought leadership development
You'll use the same marketing strategies we provide to clients to grow our own business and help position our leadership team as trusted local marketing experts.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize inbound lead generation campaigns
- Manage paid media across Google, Meta, display, and social
- Develop content and campaigns that drive awareness and leads
- Help grow a marketing-focused podcast and thought leadership platform
- Track and improve CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and pipeline growth
What We're Looking For
- Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- Understanding of paid media, funnels, and campaign optimization
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and improving results
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Someone who thinks strategically and takes ownership of outcomes
Bonus Experience
- CRM and reporting tools
- Content strategy or audience growth
- Multi-channel campaign management
