Title: Director of Procurement
Location: Atlanta, GA
Overview:
We're working with a growing organization seeking a Director of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving cost savings, supplier partnerships, and overall procurement strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute procurement and sourcing strategy across the organization
Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance metrics
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership
Oversee purchasing processes, policies, and compliance standards
Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team
Qualifications:
8-12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
Leadership experience managing teams and vendor relationships
Strong negotiation and contract management experience
Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
