Title: Director of Procurement

Location: Atlanta, GA

Overview:

We're working with a growing organization seeking a Director of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving cost savings, supplier partnerships, and overall procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute procurement and sourcing strategy across the organization

  • Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance metrics

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership

  • Oversee purchasing processes, policies, and compliance standards

  • Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team

Qualifications:

  • 8-12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain

  • Leadership experience managing teams and vendor relationships

  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience

  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
