- Lead the Logistics and Operations team, manage budgets, procurements, contracted services, and supplies.
- Develop and maintain geospatial maps, models, and data to support planning, decision-making, and operational efficiency
- Analyze facility and usage data to optimize space for classrooms, labs, and offices across campuses
- Coordinate logistics operations, including the movement of materials, inventory management, and delivery scheduling
- Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution processes to ensure timely and effective operations
- Manage systems used to track assets, deliveries, and inventory across multiple locations
- Create reports, maps, and presentations using geospatial and operational data
- Provide leadership and direction to staff and coordinate operational and support personnel
- Support procurement, budgeting, and contracted services
- Assist with emergency preparedness and response efforts, including on-call responsibilities
