For more information, visit us at DescriptionBase pay rate is $25.00 - $30.00 per hourDay Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PMWarehouse Lead - Core Duties & ExpectationsDaily OperationsOversee day-to-day warehouse workflowEnsure orders are picked, staged, loaded, and shipped accurately/on timeMonitor inbound and outbound freight activityMaintain organized warehouse layout for efficiency and safetyAddress immediate operational issues and escalate when neededTeam LeadershipServe as lead contact when supervisor is off-site or unavailableDirect warehouse associates on priorities throughout the dayTrain new employees on processes, safety, and expectationsHold team accountable for productivity and standardsCommunicate staffing or performance concernsInventory / Material ControlMonitor stock levels and notify appropriate dept of shortagesVerify received materials and quantitiesAssist with cycle counts / inventory accuracyIdentify damaged, aged, or obsolete materialEnsure material is stored properly and safelySystems / AdministrativeHave access to and regularly use a computer, printer, and phoneLearn and use the Shipping ToolPrint pick tickets, shipping paperwork, labels, BOLs, etc.Respond to emails and communicate updates professionallySafety / ComplianceEnforce PPE and safety expectationsConduct basic safety checks / housekeeping walkthroughsReport incidents, hazards, or equipment issues immediatelyEnsure forklifts/equipment are used properlyAssist with EH&S assignmentsProblem Solving / OwnershipTroubleshoot shipping and order issues before escalationMake informed day-to-day decisions to keep operations movingCommunicate delays proactively.
