Is expected to be proficient in the functions of the Central Supply Tech job position in assigned area. Performs tasks on a consistent basis that require additional problem-solving and analysis or that are not typically assigned to Central Supply Technicians. Demonstrates competence in communication, interpersonal relations, and leading courageously. Demonstrates competence in continuous improvement, continuous learning, accountability, teamwork, motivating and developing others, problem-solving and decision-making, displaying financial understanding, managing daily operations, and demonstrating business/job-specific knowledge. Demonstrates competence in customer/patient focus, adaptability, and shaping change. Demonstrates competence in community orientation, stewardship, and strategic planning and action.

Required Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Surgery supply monitoring and analysis, warehouse or receiving dock experience preferred.
