Procurement Agent

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Level 2 Procurement Agent (Supplier Operations and Performance) to join the Aircraft Materials and Structures (AM&S) Parts and Sub-Assemblies Team (Secondary Structures) in Auburn, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team with direct supplier management. This role will have direct impact on how supply chain can support the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, taking the lead in problem solving and communication. This position requires Procurement Agents to integrate and partner with BCA Supply Chain Contracts, Sourcing, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication and Program teams. Position Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain Operations. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work effectively with business partners as part of an integrated team. The candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with suppliers. They will have experience in negotiation, problem solving, and strategic decision making to support supply chain and production goals. The candidate should have experience in process management and measurement, knowledge of production and procurement processes, and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities Integrate and partner with BCA Supply Chain Contracts, Sourcing, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication and Program teams. Mitigate risks and manage recoveries in the supply chain. Lead problem solving and communication efforts. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment. Build positive relationships across teams and with suppliers. Support supply chain and production goals through strategic decision making. Streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement.
