Wabtec is Now Hiring Warehouse Personnel Location: Yankton, SD Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Join the Action: A Warehouse Personnel Job That Keeps You Moving We don't need another warm body. The Lowdown You'll Need High school diploma or GED 1+ years of work experience Valid driver's license required Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Forklift experience preferred Wear proper PPE (earplugs, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves as required) Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand on concrete floors for 8-10 hours per shift Work in high-heat conditions Put up orders for the shop floor Maintain inventory control and accurate documentation Unload vendor deliveries and store materials in proper locations Record receivables and notify Quality personnel of incoming materials Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and parts cage Order daily material needs through purchasing and create requisitions Ensure accurate counts of all shipments Coordinate with the shipping department to expedite outgoing orders Assist in other production areas as needed and qualified Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Occasional domestic and international travel may be required (including weekends, depending on project needs) Wabtec Beneifts: Eligible for a performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package including health, welfare, and retirement plans Friendly.
