This individual will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end air import shipments from origin to final delivery, preparing and processing shipping documents, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $23/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end air import shipments from origin to final delivery Prepare and process shipping documents (HAWB, MAWB, arrival notices, customs paperwork) Communicate with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, truckers, and customers Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely arrival and delivery Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulations Resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively Update systems and maintain accurate shipment records Ensure billing accuracy and timely invoicing Provide regular updates and excellent customer service to clients Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
