This role ensures a seamless guest experience aligned with ZaZa s unique blend of boutique luxury, bold style, and uncompromising service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and builds high-performing teams across multiple departments. This leader will model a strong service culture, elevate operational efficiencies, and partner closely with department heads to deliver memorable guest experiences that reflect the ZaZa brand.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily oversight in the Food & Beverage operations to ensure alignment with hotel standards. Lead service walk-throughs across public spaces and outlets to verify brand consistency, cleanliness, and readiness. Maintain strong visibility on the floor, supporting teams during peak periods to ensure flawless service delivery.Champion a guest-first culture, resolving complex service issues and ensuring timely, empathetic follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to curate unique ZaZa-style experiences tailored to both hotel and local clientele.Ensure consistent communication of service standards, safety practices, and operational expectations.Monitor labor, productivity, inventory controls, and cost efficiencies while maintaining high service levels. Uphold Hotel ZaZa s unique brand identity through service delivery, guest interaction, and operational aesthetics. Ensure compliance with health department standards, safety regulations, and hotel policies. Oversee successful execution of special events, activations, and VIP programs reflective of the ZaZa experience.Qualifications:3-5 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience, preferably in boutique, lifestyle, or luxury properties. Strong background in both Rooms and Food & Beverage operations required. Proven ability to lead diverse teams, handle high guest volumes, and maintain composure under pressure. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and guest relations skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports, labor forecasting, and operational metrics. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
