Summary: This position will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinates staff and workflows, enforce safety and quality standards, and drives productivity to ensure timely, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor productivity reports and compare results against established objectives; implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.
- Follow up on all customer inquiries and requests to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Treat all internal and external customers with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
- Uphold and comply with company policies, standards, and values.
- Take accountability for how individual and team actions impact customers and overall company performance.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment usage, and truck loading operations.
- Verify all outbound shipments for accuracy.
- Prepare and process route invoices.
- Establish and manage nightly loading schedules.
- Review pick sheets for errors or discrepancies and ensure corrections are made.
- Secure the facility after daily business hours.
- Enter and maintain records using company systems.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook and other communications.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assigns duties to warehouse personnel. Issues written and oral instructions.
- Prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
- Examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves problems.
