We have a current opening for a Warehouse Analyst and are actively reviewing applications.
The Warehouse Analyst is responsible for monitoring all warehousing activities as well as generating and developing KPIs and Standard Operating procedures for the Inventory and Warehousing team, tasks include but are not limited to Daily KPI maintenance, Weekly Supply Chain Scorecard, Open PO/STO analysis and comparison with 3PL, Creation of POs and cost tracking, Vendor Management for all DCs, Standard operating procedure creation, warehousing process improvement initiatives, and data logger lead for quality purposes
Hours: Typical Office Hours, Mon- Friday
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days In Office, 2 Days Remote
Ensure all KPIs are maintained/created/delivered/challenged
Generate and maintain key performance indicators for the Inventory and Warehousing team to help drive business and deliver efficiencies (All excluding Inventory KPIs)
Monitor and take action for any variance in KPIs
Develop/Maintain the weekly 12-week forecast for 3PL providers
Communicate and send all KPIs in a timely manner adhering to a strict timeline as the information is used to drive business
Ensure all PO/STOs/GIT are monitored/tracked/created and closed for all DCs ($97.5Mn)
Lead any GIT analysis requested by Finance
Lead and coordinate any open PO/STOs for the DCs daily
Monitor cost vs. budget for all DCs throughout the year
Maintain the cost control file daily
Responsible for all SES for network POs to be submitted and logged in a timely manner
Must ensure SOPs are created and followed for all DCs
Develop/Maintain/Update standard operating procedures for the Inventory and Warehouse team
SOPs created for all daily/weekly/monthly/yearly tasks performed by the team to generate a sustainability model
Lead and conduct training for all SOPs created
Must ensure all operational improvement initiatives are led and solved for all DCs
Responsible for gathering all information regarding process improvement initiatives related to operations and warehousing
PMO all warehousing process improvement initiatives
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the daily Gemba worksheet for all DCs in relation to completeness, *improvements, and problem solving.
Ensure all missing/anomalies datalogger info is found and received for all DCs
Monitor and Track all Datalogger information that may be missing or lost via the datalogger SharePoint
Develop and lead a weekly session to find all missing dataloggers and maintain the SharePoint for our team as well as ensure the double upload to our teams SharePoint site via DC folder
Bachelors Degree in logistics or business
At least 1-3 years of Supply Chain work experience, with at least 1 of those with a focus on Warehouse Management
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Experience creating standard operating procedures
Experience implementing New/Changed processes
Expert of warehousing and distribution operation process
Strong understanding of development of appropriate KPIs
Skilled in relationship management
Experience in continuous improvement

The base compensation range for this position is $75,305.00 - $100,406.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
