Logistics Coordinator

Scope: The Warehouse & Transportation Specialist is responsible for picking and packing outbound orders from stock, unloading and receiving inbounds into inventory, organizing and stocking all materials, general warehousing and ensuring all the orders are fulfilled accurately. This position is responsible for mulit-site responsibilities for Savannah and Bensalem warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Warehousing: Manage inbound and outbound operations (FTL, LTL, parcel), including picking, QC, packing, and proper handling of all goods. Oversee warehousing, transportation planning, and waste/packaging material returns (including lab waste drums).
  
  
• SAP & Administration: Process outbound Sales Orders, Post Good Issue, and enter daily SAP operations. Provide daily reporting on open orders to Customer Service (CS) and ensure all month-end deliveries are closed.
  
  
• Inventory Control: Perform cycle counting, manage min/max consumables levels, inspect stock, and report damaged, surplus, or missing items. Collaborate with Supply Network Planners on transfers and inventory issues.
  
  
• 3PL Support: Provide extended daily support for 3PL locations, including releasing deliveries and creating export documentation.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Partner with EHS for 5S inspections, maintain a clean/safe work environment (workstations, shelves, pallets), inspect equipment, and follow guidelines for proper product storage, handling, and labeling.
  
  
• Team & Quality Support: Participate in audits, assist in cross-training team members, and interact with CS for inquiry feedback.
